About Us

Our company is a full service exhibitions and trade show organiser with over 15 years experience in trade and consumer exhibitions globally. We are looking for a motivated, creative, talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Must be open-minded, interested in personal developments, loves a challenge, working in a high paced environment and loves to work at shows on-site.

Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing support functions such as production and distribution of marketing materials, executing different campaigns
  • User Manuals and brief management
  • Social media management 
  • Executing different marketing campaigns
  • Customer support function – social media, email, phone
  • Marketing collateral development
  • Daily report generation  
  • Onsite event coordination 
  • Oversee external contractors

To be considered for this exciting role, the following skills and experience are essential:

  • Excellent IT skills including experience updating websites and strong MS office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of work
  • Initiative and strong judgement
  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Confidence and enthusiasm
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable in Business/Marketing
